Sales and delivery
In the following you will find useful information on using online booking. You can read about how we treat your information, how to receive a receipt for a purchase, and more.
Payment
All prices in Camping & Familiepark West ApS online booking system are just like anywhere else on the website written in Danish kroner, including VAT and all taxes unless otherwise stated and clear in that situation. Prices quoted in Euros are indicative.
Payment is made using one of the accepted credit / debit cards for online booking, including Visa, Mastercard and Diners. (We kindly remind you that when you pay with a foreign credit card a supplement is added.) The money will be drawn from your bank account as soon as you have booked and payed.
Please note that when using our online payment system, the entire payment will be deducted on your credit card.
Internet trading information
You can safely shop online via our online booking system. As a consumer, you are basically secured in relation to any abuse of your credit card on the net, therefore there is no deductible in the case of abuse of your payment card via the internet. You can read more about how you as a consumer must relate to payments on the web at the following websites: www.betaling.dk, www.fdih.dk.
Change of booking
For changes to Booking you must contact the campsite.
Shipping and delivery
When booking and paying a cabin, a room, a room for your own tent, or a room for your own caravan or camper, you will be presented with a Booking confirmation / contract from Camping & Familiepark West ApS, in which the accounts for your purchase are stated. The contract can be printed out from the website after the booking has been completed, and is also sent via e-mail immediately after the purchase, if the correct e-mail address is provided by the buyer.
Delivery of the ordered product takes place on arrival at Camping & Familiepark West ApS on the day of arrival (and terminated on departure on the day of departure). Both of these times are disclosed in the above contract. The ordered product cannot be transferred to others or exchanged for cash.
Right of cancellation and refund
You can cancel your booking on the following terms:
Camping:
If canceled more than 30 days before arrival, the entire package price will be reimbursed, however, DKK 300.00 will be deducted from the cancellation fee.
If canceled between 30 days and 14 days before arrival, 50% of the price of the stay will be reimbursed. however, the cancellation fee of DKK 300.00
If canceled less than 14 days before arrival, no compensation will be paid.
Cabins and rooms:
If canceled more than 30 days before arrival, the entire package price will be reimbursed, however, DKK 700.00 will be deducted from the cancellation fee.
If canceled between 30 days and 14 days before arrival, 50% of the price of the stay will be reimbursed. however, the cancellation fee of DKK 700.00
If canceled less than 14 days before arrival, no compensation will be paid.
If you have started your holiday with us, the booked period is binding and cannot be transferred to others.
Registration of information
Camping & Familiepark West ApS records your name, address, e-mail and other information provided in connection with the purchase in its customer directory. The information is not disclosed, but Camping & Familiepark West ApS will keep the registration for 5 years.
Camping & Familiepark West ApS uses server-side cookies and a secure connection to create the security of the information that you provide on the page.
When paying by credit card, the registration takes place via a secure server, where the information is encrypted before being sent over the Internet.
Camping & Familiepark West ApS makes reservations for price errors in online booking, so it is always the stated prices on the website that apply.
Complaints Processing
If for some reason you do not receive your contract that confirms your purchase and you have not received an error message from the system, please write to the address or telephone number below.
Complaints about the booking process, the actual booking or the product (the stay) must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error in the ordinary review of your contract. You can complain in writing or verbally. One year after receipt of the goods (stay), the right to complain pursuant to section 83 (1) of the Danish Sale of Goods Act ceases. 1, unless otherwise agreed.
When Camping & Familiepark West ApS receives your complaint about a product, the complaint is processed as soon as possible. Camping & Familiepark West ApS will decide whether the goods received must be refunded, exchanged or whether a price reduction must be given.
