All prices in online booking system is like everywhere else on the website written in Danish kroner, including 25% VAT and all taxes unless otherwise stated and clear in that situation. Prices indicated in Euro are indicative.

Payment is made by using one of the accepted debit / credit card for online booking, including Visa, Mastercard and Diners.(We kindly remind you that when paying with a foreign business credit card a surcharge is added.) The money will be drawn from your bank account as soon as you have booked and payed.

You, the consumer basically ensured in relation to any misuse of your credit card online, therefore there is no deductible for misuse of your credit card via the Internet. When you book and pay a cabin, a room, a place for your own tent, caravan or motorhome, be presented with a booking confirmation / contract from Tornby Strand Camping, which accounts you for buying appears . The contract can be printed out from the homepage after booking and will also be sent via email immediately after purchase, if the correct e-mail address stated by the purchaser.

The ordered product can not be delegated or exchanged for cash.We reserve the right to move your ordered unit to another unit of the same type if the stay is booked less than 5 days.

You have the possibility to cancel your booking the following conditions:

Complaints about the booking procedure, the actual booking or product (accommodation) must be made within a reasonable time after you have seen the mistake or should have discovered the mistake by looking through your contract. You can complain in writing or orally. One year after receiving the item (accommodation) terminate the right to claim under the Købelovens §83 paragraph. 1, unless otherwise agreed.

When Ertebølle Strand Camping receives a complaint about a product, process the complaint as soon as possible. Tornby Strand Camping will decide whether the goods received must be refunded, exchanged or whether to compensate.
