General information about online purchases at MC Touring Camp.

Sales and delivery
In the following you will find useful information about online booking. You can read about how we process your information, how to receive a receipt for a purchase and much more.

Payment
All prices in Mc Touring Camp's online booking system are, like everywhere else on the website, written in Danish kroner, including VAT and taxes, unless otherwise stated. Prices quoted in Euros are indicative.
Payment is made using one of the accepted payment cards / credit cards for online booking, including Visa, Mastercard and Diners. (We remind you that when paying with a foreign credit card, a fee is added.) The money will be drawn from your bank account as soon as you have booked and payed. 

Information about trading on the Internet.
You can shop safely on the Internet and our online booking system. As a consumer, you are basically protected in relation to any misuse of your credit card, therefore there is no deductible for misuse of your payment card via the Internet. You can read more about how you as a consumer should relate to payments online at the following websites: www.betaling.dk, www.fdih.dk.

Change of booking.
To change booking, please contact MC Touring Camp by email.

Shipping and delivery
When booking and paying for a cabin or a tent sign, you will receive a booking confirmation from MC Touring Camp, from which the accounts for your purchase appear. The contract can be printed out from the website after completion of the booking and is also sent via e-mail immediately after the purchase, if the correct e-mail address is provided by the buyer.
The booked cabin or your tent sign can not be transferred to others or exchanged for cash.

Right of withdrawal and refund
You have the option to cancel your booking on the following terms:
Cabin:
If canceled more than 30 days before arrival, the entire rent will be refunded. If canceled between 30 days and 7 days before arrival, 50% of the rent will be refunded. If canceled less than 7 days before arrival, no refund will be given, but please notify Campen in case of no-show.

Tent sign:
If canceled until 12 noon the day before the planned arrival, the amount paid will be refunded - however, less a cancellation fee of DKK 75. If canceled later than 12 noon the day before the planned arrival, no refund will be made.

The booked period is binding and can only be transferred to others by agreement with MC Touring Camps manager.

Registration of information.
MC Touring Camp registers your name, address, e-mail and other information provided in connection with the purchase in a customer directory. The information is not passed on, but MC Touring Camp retains the registration for 5 years.
MC Touring Camp uses server-side cookies and a secure connection to create security about the information you provide on the site.
When paying by credit card, the registration is done via a secure server, where the information is encrypted before it is sent over the Internet.
MC Touring Camp reserves the right to make price errors in online booking, so it is always the prices stated on the website that apply.

Complaint processing
If for any reason you do not receive your booking confirmation, which confirms your purchase, and you have not received an error message from the system, please contact us at touringcamp@mctc.dk or (+45) 86 39 28 15
Complaints about the booking process, the booking itself or the product (stay) must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error by regular review of your contract. You can complain in writing or orally. One year after receipt of the goods (the stay), the right to complain ceases in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act, section 83, subsection. 1, unless otherwise agreed.
When MC Touring Camp receives your complaint, the complaint will be processed as soon as possible.
