Cancellation protection – security in case of illness.
We recommend that you take out cancellation protection. It covers cancellations (due to illness) up to 1 day before arrival.
For cancellations up to 1 day before the arrival date (before 12:00 noon), the amount paid will be refunded.
Refunds are made upon submission of documentation in the form of a medical certificate.
