Terms and conditions
Below you will find useful information when using online booking. You can read about how we process your entered information, how to receive your receipt in connection with a purchase and more. When the Vadehavs Camping is written below, it is used as a synonym for Vadehavs Camping.

Payment
All prices quoted in the Vadehavs Camping online booking system are, like all other places on the website, listed in Danish kroner including VAT and all taxes unless otherwise stated and clearly stated in the situation.

Payment is made by using one of the accepted debit / credit cards in online booking, including Dankort, Visa, Mastercard and Diners.

Payment will be charged immediately from the customer's credit / debit card as soon as the booking has been completed and full payment will be charged for the stay at the campsite.
Access cards transactions are charged from the customer's credit / debit card after the end of the stay.

Information on online trading
You can safely shop on the internet through our online booking system. As a consumer, you are, as a rule, secured against potential misuse of your credit card online, so there is no self-risk in case of abuse of your payment card over the internet. Change of booking
If you change your booking, please contact the campsite.

Shipping and delivery
You will receive a Booking confirmation / contract from Vadehavs Camping, in which the accounts for your purchase are shown, when booking and paying a cabin, a rental tent, a seat for your own tent or a room for your own caravan. The contract can be printed from the website after completion of booking, and also sent by e-mail immediately after the purchase, if the correct e-mail address is stated by the buyer.

Delivery of the ordered product takes place on arrival at Vadehavs Camping on the day of arrival (and ends at departure on the day of departure). Both of these times are stated in the above contract. The ordered product can not be transferred to others or converted into cash.

Right of cancellation and refund
You can cancel your booking on the following terms:

If canceled more than 30 days before arrival, the full package price will be refunded, however, DKK 500.00 will be deducted from the administration fee.
If canceled between 30 days and 14 days before arrival, 50% of the stay will be refunded.
If canceled less 14 days before arrival, no refund will be charged.

If you have started your vacation with us, the booked period is binding and can not be transferred to others.

Registration of information
Vadehavs Camping registers your name, address, e-mail and other information given in connection with the purchase in its customer directory. The information is not disclosed, but Vadehavs Camping keeps the registration for 5 years.

Vadehavs Camping uses server-side cookies and a secure connection to provide security for the information you provide on the page.

When paying by credit card, registration takes place via a secure server where the information is encrypted before being sent over the Internet.

Vadehavs Camping reserves the right to price errors in online booking, so the stated prices on the website are always valid.

Complaints Processing
For any reason, if you do not receive your contract confirming your purchase and you have not received an error message from the system, you can write to the following address or phone number.

Complaints about the booking process, the booking or the product (the stay) must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error by the general review of your contract. You can complain in writing or orally. One year after receipt of the goods (the stay), the right to appeal is canceled pursuant to section 83 (3) of the Danish Purchasing Act. 1, unless otherwise agreed.

When Vadehavs Camping receives your complaint about an item, the complaint will be processed as soon as possible. Vadehavs Camping will decide whether the received product is to be refunded, exchanged or whether price reductions will be granted.
