Below you will find useful information when using online booking. For example, you can read how we treat your entered information, how to receive your receipt in connection with a purchase and more. To book at www.rodgaard-camping.dk, you must be 18 years old.

Payments
All prices in Rødgaard Camping online booking system is like everywhere else on the website written in Danish kroner, including VAT and all taxes unless otherwise stated and clear in that situation. Prices indicated in Euro are indicative.

Payment is made by using one of the accepted debit / credit card for online booking, including Visa, Mastercard and Diners.(We kindly remind you that when paying with a foreign credit card a surcharge is added.) The money will be drawn from your bank account as soon as you have booked and payed.

Information on online trading
You can safely shop on the internet through our online booking system. As a consumer, you are, as a rule, secured against potential misuse of your credit card online, so there is no self-risk in case of abuse of your payment card over the internet. Change of booking
In order to change of booking please contact the campsite. If you have made an obvious mistake when ordering on our website, you have 48 hours from the mistake is made to correct it. Contact us, we will be happy to help. 

Shipping and delivery
You will receive a confirmation from Rødgaard Camping, in which the accounts for your purchase are shown, when booking and paying; a cabin, room, space for your own tent or for your own caravan. The confirmation can be printed from the website after completing the booking, and is also sent by e-mail immediately after the purchase, if the correct e-mail address is stated by the buyer. Please read the confirmation carefully when you receive it and make sure that the confirmation is in accordance with the order. Delivery of the ordered product takes place upon arrival at Rødgaard Camping on the day of arrival (and ends at departure on the day of departure). Both of these times are stated in the above confirmation. The ordered product can not be transferred to others or converted into cash.

Cancellation insurance
You can purchase our CANCELLATION INSURANCE when you book your holiday. It costs DKK 198.
The insurance must be ordered and paid when booking the stay or no later than 24 hours after Rødgaard Camping has sent a confirmation.
With the cancellation insurance, you can get the money back up to two weeks before the day of arrival (before 12.00 noon) - for whatever reason and without a medical certificate.
If the stay is canceled later than two weeks and until the day before arrival at 12:00 due to the tenant, their spouse/partner, children or parents are affected by a medically documented serious illness, serious injury or death, a medical certificate must be sent to get the money back.
If the stay is canceled later than described above, no refund can be made for the stay.
With the cancellation insurance, you can also, up to two weeks before the day of arrival (before 12 noon) - for any reason and without a medical certificate - move your reservation to another available date within the same year. However, the price of the unit is adjusted according to the season. The length of the stay cannot be shortened.
The cancellation insurance does not cover the administration fee of DKK 175.
Cancellation insurance cannot be purchased for group bookings.
If you do not choose cancellation insurance, our normal rules for cancellation and refund apply.
 

Right of cancellation and refund for one unit - You have the option to cancel your booking under the following conditions:
• If you cancel more than 60 days before arrival, the advance payment will be refunded. Except for an administration fee of DKK. 175,-
• If you cancel less than 60 days, but more than 30 days before arrival, you will be reimbursed the advance payment except for an administration fee of DKK 175 and the amount based on the "first-night principle" *
• If you cancel less than 30 days but more than 14 days before arrival, the Rødgaard Camping reserves the right to calculate 50% of the total price of the rental.
• If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival, the Rødgaard Camping reserves the right to calculate the full price of the rental.
• If the guest departs and leaves the rented unit before the expiration of the booked period, no refund of any kind can be claimed.
• Cancellation is considered to have taken place from the time it is notified in writing per letter or e-mail has been received by Rødgaard Camping. In case of cancellation, the guest's bank details (registration number and account number) must be disclosed to Rødgaard Camping.

Right of cancellation and refund for small group bookings. (3 to 7 units)  - You have the option to cancel your group booking under the following conditions:
• If you cancel more than 75 days before arrival, you will get the prepayment refunded. Except for an administration fee of DKK. 175,-
• If you cancel less than 75 days but more than 45 days before arrival, you will be refunded the advance payment. Except for one administration fee of DKK 175 and the amount based on the "first-night principle" *
• If you cancel less than 45 days but more than 30 days before arrival, you will be reimbursed the advance payment. Except for one administration fee of DKK 175 and the amount corresponding to the first night in each unit.
• If you cancel less than 30 days but more than 14 days before arrival, Rødgaard Camping reserves the right to calculate 50% of the total price of the rental.
• If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival, Rødgaard Camping reserves the right to calculate the full price of the rental.
• If the guest departs and leaves the rented unit before the expiration of the booked period, no refund of any kind can be claimed.

• If you cancel less than 75 days but more than 45 days before arrival, you will be refunded the advance payment. Except for one administration fee of DKK 175 and the amount corresponding to the first night in each unit.
• If you cancel less than 45 days but more than 21 days before arrival, Rødgaard Camping reserves the right to calculate 50% of the total price of the rental.
• If you cancel less than 21 days before arrival, Rødgaard Camping reserves the right to calculate the full price of the rental.
• If the guest departs and leaves the rented unit before the expiration of the booked period, no refund of any kind can be claimed.
• Cancellation is considered to have taken place from the time it is notified in writing per letter or e-mail has reached Rødgaard Camping. In case of cancellation, the guest's bank details (registration number and account number) must be disclosed to Rødgaard Camping.

*The first-night principle = the amount corresponding to the average price of one night in one unit (the most expensive unit).

Registration of data
Rødgaard Camping registers your name, address, e-mail, and other information given in connection with the purchase in its customer directory. The information is not disclosed, but Rødgaard Camping retains registration for 5 years.
Rødgaard Camping uses server-side cookies and a secure connection to create the security of the information you provide on the site.

Complaint Process
If for any reason you do not receive confirmation of your booking and you have not received an error message from the system, please contact us by mail or by phone.
Complaints about the booking process, the booking itself or the product (the stay) must be made within a reasonable period of time after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error by the general review of your confirmation. You can complain in writing or orally. One year after receipt of the goods (the stay), the right to appeal is canceled pursuant to section 83 (3) of the Danish Purchasing Act.1, unless otherwise agreed.
When Rødgaard Camping receives your complaint about an item, the complaint will be processed as soon as possible. Rødgaard Camping will decide if the item received is to be refunded, exchanged or whether price reductions are to be given.
